Andrea Quartey is a seasoned Sr. Program Manager and Global Talent Strategist with over 16 years of experience transforming how organizations attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. Throughout her career at Amazon, she has designed and led enterprise-level programs that strengthen hiring, development, and retention while advancing inclusion and engagement across global organizations.

Known for her ability to build programs from concept to execution and revitalize underperforming initiatives, Andrea has managed through influence to unite cross-functional teams and drive measurable impact. She developed Amazon's IXT internal Program Management Office (PMO) for talent and inclusion initiatives, implemented Asana as a global project management mechanism, and trained leaders across the organization on optimizing workflows and tracking results. Her work includes launching the Onboarding Mentorship Program, Learning and Development Programs, and leading international partnerships that upskill and mentor professionals worldwide.

Passionate about the intersection of technology and human potential, Andrea is currently pursuing her AWS AI Certification, expanding her expertise in AI-driven program management and workforce strategy.

Through Responsible Representation, Andrea partners with organizations and professionals to create equitable workplace ecosystems. Her firm specializes in executive headhunting and recruitment for tech and non-tech roles across all experience levels, while also designing inclusive employee engagement programs and strengthening external partnerships. She holds multiple Asana certifications and is Dare to Lead trained, bringing both technical expertise and people-centered leadership to every engagement.
